We’ve discussed this a few times in the past, but the FBI’s main counter-terrorism initiative these days appears to be centered around creating its own terrorist plots to thwart. First, they find clueless, easily manipulated people, who have no actual connections with terrorists. Then, they concoct entire terrorism plots, where every other person is an FBI agent, and any tools, “weapons” and money are supplied by the FBI. Finally, they “bust” the guy just before he carries out the plot that never would have happened anyway. We see this pattern again and again – and each time the press uncritically hypes up how the FBI successfully stopped a real “homegrown” terrorist.

Of course, it’s happened once again, and the basic plotlines are identical to ones in the past. And, of course, the press is describing it like it was an actual terrorist plot, pretending that people was actually at risk.

In the FBI’s latest screenplay, they would have you believe that a 6’5, 350 lb. black man named Shaquille Azir approached a group of five motley Occupy protesters – who are self-described anarchists – and talk them into bombing a bridge with C-4 explosives.

While I enjoyed this video, I was wholly saddened by the fact that it, too, has a strong agenda and seems to have large pocketbooks behind it.  I noticed they didn’t mention US foreign policy ONCE, nor did they mention the damage that the Federal Reserve has done.  All in all, it’s a short video and worth watching, but as I always say, “Question Everything.”

Everyone has an agenda, and it is often times hard to see past the dazzling camera effects, feigned sincerity, and keyword emphasis, but keep your mind sharp and you’ll see through it every time.

17th Anniversary of the Oklahoma City Bombing

Taking a cue from the Transportation Security Administration, Homeland Security’s Federal Protective Police were out in force, “protecting us,” at the 17th anniversary of the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing.

I met up with the film crew of A Noble Lie and we handed out 500 copies of their new documentary while engaging in numerous conversations with passerby’s.  It would seem as though Oklahomans are finally starting to question the official story of the 1995 bombing, with a common theme of, “McVeigh was not alone…”

I’ll admit, I was surprised amused at the level of Federal law enforcement surrounding the event.  DHS had five members of a tactical unit patrolling the area in their black ninja outfits, along with casually dressed DEA agents, local police and sheriff’s deputies, private security, and several black suits running around like Secret Service agents on Colombian cocaine.

And if that weren’t enough to make you feel safe, Homeland Security was kind enough to park a large, mobile command center on the west side of the Memorial… just in case the unthinkable were to happen....

Terry Yeakey was a giant of a man with a heart as big as the rest of him. I wish I had known him. He was a crusader for truth. Whenever his name is mentioned, I think of the news photo of him sprinting down NW 5th Street toward the Murrah Building on another of the many rescue missions he performed that ugly day. In his gray uniform, he tends to remind us of a NFL linebacker about to put the sack on an unfortunate quarterback, but this is quickly overridden by the grave concern on the face of a policeman in a panic to save lives.

Along with a doctor and several other citizens, Terry began pulling survivors out of the rubble. What he saw either during the explosion or at the scene started him on a path that ultimately led to his death.  Many of his statements over the next year would hint that he had discovered something at the scene that was in direct conflict with the official story.

I’m about two hours away from finishing Mocking Jay, the last book of The Hunger Games trilogy. I wasn’t planning on reading the books, but once I got wind that there were some libertarian themes contained therein I figured…welllll, ok. So, do the books make up some sort of libertarian manifesto? One might think so based on this, this, this, this, and this.

My take? I was pleasantly surprised. I kept waiting for the typical progressive themes of “Yeah, these big-government types over here are bad, but these big-government types over here are good.” Instead, you get the pleasing “These big-government types over here are bad, and these others that you thought would be good? Well, maybe they aren’t any good either.” There does seem to be a pervading message that if all these power-hungry leaders would just leave people alone, they could take care of themselves and be just fine, and “just fine” would be worlds better than where they’re at. If you’re already of a mind to loathe the State, these books will give you all the satisfaction you’re looking for, and it’s that much more satisfying to know how many other people are reading them....

Where do I begin?  Former Black Panther-turned-CONgressman defies House rules, makes a mockery of the legislature, and wastes taxpayers’ time talking about events that have zero concern for the House floor. The Trayvon Martin case is a local matter, nothing more.  How many Hispanic/Black crimes happen every day? How many Black/Black, Black/White, White/Black, and Purple/Polka Dotted crimes happen each minute?  A Congressman from Illinois should have nothing to say about what happens in Florida, especially when few facts are known. Is the USA still #1?  Well, there are many things that America is still the best in the world at, but unfortunately a lot of those categories are nothing to be proud of.  Once upon a time the United States was the greatest nation on earth, but now we are a nation that is in a horrific state of decline.  Just consider a few of the embarrassing things that America leads the world in: obesity, crime, divorce, teen pregnancy, child abuse deaths and government debt.  The statistics that you are about to read below are incredibly disturbing.

It is time to realize that we will never be able to start fixing our problems until we take a really good look in the mirror and realize just how far we have fallen.  America is not the country that it once was.  America is a complete and total mess and just “tweaking” a few things here and there is not going to return this nation to its former glory.  We have forgotten the things that once made us great, and if we do not return to them we will continue to fall apart as a nation....

A man stood at a Metro station in Washington DC playing the violin. He played six Bach pieces for about 45 minutes. During that time, it was calculated that 1,100 people went through the station, most of whom were on their way to work.

Three minutes went by, and a middle aged man noticed there was a musician playing. He slowed his pace, and stopped for a few seconds, and then hurried along.

A few minutes later, someone leaned against the wall to listen to him, but the man looked at his watch and started to walk again. Clearly, he was late for work.

During the entire 45 minutes, only 6 people stopped and stayed for any length of time. About 20 gave him money, but continued to walk. He collected a paltry $32. When he finished playing and silence took over, no one noticed.  No one applauded, nor was there any recognition.

The violinist was Joshua Bell, considered to be one of the best musicians in the world. He had just played one of the most intricate pieces ever written, on a Stradivarius violin worth $3.5 million dollars....

When buying a new car, it’s usually smart to let the salesman do the talking. Whatever you do, never tell him:

When I learned that Madonna – aka the Grand Priestess of the music industry – would be performing at the Superbowl halftime show, I thought: “This should be interesting”. And it was. While most were amazed by a woman in her fifties dancing around with LMFAO and others were annoyed at her lip-syncing, I was interested with something else: the flurry of symbolism flashed to billions of viewers worldwide. While most considered Madonna’s performance as an entertaining interlude to the most important football game of the year, those blessed with symbol-literacy will probably agree with the following statement: Madonna’s halftime show was a big celebration of the Illuminati industry and of its Grand Priestess, Madonna.

A week before the Superbowl, Madonna described on Anderson Cooper the spiritual importance she attributed to her halftime show:

“The Superbowl is kind of like the Holy of Holies in America. I’ll come at halfway of the “church experience” and I’m gonna have to deliver a sermon. It’ll have to be very impactful.”

It is rather appropriate that this Kaballah-intiate referred to the Superbowl as the “Holy of Holies” as it was the name of the most sacred place in Solomon’s Temple....

This week, Kentucky Senator Rand Paul was detained by the TSA in Nashville after refusing to be fondled by the airport agents.

Paul has been a vocal enemy of the TSA, blasting the agency last year after agents conducted an invasive search of a 6-year old girl despite her parents’ objections. TSA Director John Pistole suggested that, because a young child in Afghanistan is capable of detonating a roadside bomb, all children should be considered potential threats.

Paul raised the issue again yesterday in an opinion piece. As usual, the Obama administration closed ranks around the TSA yesterday, defending the agency and insisting that “we take necessary actions to ensure that air travel is safe.” Such as treating 6-year old girls like criminal terrorists.

Air travel is never going to be safe. We’re talking about a 500,000 pound flying building crammed with hundreds of strangers criss-crossing the skies nearly 100,000 times in a single day. There’s a lot of room for things to go wrong.

Criminalizing travel, which is the effective net result of the current passenger screening process, has minimal impact on weeding out the boogeyman....

In a follow-up to my recent interview on Adam vs. the Man, it would appear as though many police officers within the New Orleans Police Department are … upset … with what I said.  I’ve received threats, comments, condemning messages, and more from many officers that I once considered friends or colleagues.  The subject and rhetoric of many of these messages resonates with cognitive dissonance, suggesting that I’m the bad guy for talking about these subjects, or that I have an agenda by speaking out against the police state.

Well, they are partially correct.  My agenda is to awaken the average person to just how corrupt their police department truly is.  It is truly unfathomable for most, including some police officers.  They have blinders on, not even recognizing the injustices that they perpetrate.  I have found that the common person is shocked by what I once considered a daily routine, or normal practice, as a police officer and that needs to change.  Light needs to be cast upon the shadows within law enforcement, and especially within the ranks of the New Orleans Police Department.  It is truly more corrupt than even Hollywood portrays it as....

“Citizens may resist unlawful arrest to the point of taking an arresting officer’s life if necessary.” Plummer v. State, 136 Ind. 306.

This premise was upheld by the Supreme Court of the United States in the case: John Bad Elk v. U.S., 177 U.S. 529. The Court stated: “Where the officer is killed in the course of the disorder which naturally accompanies an attempted arrest that is resisted, the law looks with very different eyes upon the transaction, when the officer had the right to make the arrest, from what it does if the officer had no right. What may be murder in the first case might be nothing more than manslaughter in the other, or the facts might show that no offense had been committed.”

“An arrest made with a defective warrant, or one issued without affidavit, or one that fails to allege a crime is within jurisdiction, and one who is being arrested, may resist arrest and break away. lf the arresting officer is killed by one who is so resisting, the killing will be no more than an involuntary manslaughter.” Housh v....

I wrote this blog entry on my MySpace page in 2009 after I resigned from the police department.  I kept it mostly private or “Friends Only.”  I figure now would be a good time as any to share it again with my readers here at TruthisTreason.  I’ve received several emails recently asking about my police service, especially after being interviewed about police corruption on Adam vs The Man.  Furthermore, I was interviewed last year on a joint PBS Frontline, ProPublica, and Times Picayune documentary entitled, “Law & Disorder.”

I know many of you are wondering why I resigned from the New Orleans Police Dept. so abruptly.  Some have asked me if I was under criminal investigation, or similar.  Some have asked me if I’ve lost my mind; if I was ‘okay’ or needed some help.

The answer is a resounding NO.

I resigned, in part, due to my frustrations with a system built around obvious and inherent problems.  I finally said ‘enough is enough’ when I woke up one day and could truly see this department for what it really was and how most police officers turn a blind eye to the injustices occurring at their very own hands.  I realized that I joined this police department in order to effect change; to ultimately help people in need and leave this community in a better state than which I found it in.  But sadly, after 5 years…I’m done.  Some Officers have called me a ‘quitter’ or that I lacked the fortitude to be a police officer.  Even the Officers who say I’m one of the best cops they’ve ever known still question my motives with a degree of disgust and anger.  I politely shrug their ego-driven hostilities off my shoulder and look back on a 5 year career in which I effected massive change on the streets in many neighborhoods, changed countless citizen’s opinions on a very publicly corrupt and flawed police department, and stood my ground during one of the nation’s most unbelievable disasters; Hurricane Katrina....

I urge you to watch this short video regarding cognitive dissonance.  I was a victim of this and overcame it by having my eyes opened to the truth.  I spent 5 years as a police officer working narcotics and street crimes.  I was the pro-Bush, pro-War, official 9/11 believing, clean cut police officer.  I led my district in felony and drug arrests.  I was a model “law enforcement officer” instead of a quality peace officer.

And after waking up and realizing the insane things I was doing, I tried to change the system from within.  I thought that by remaining a cog in the great machine, I could somehow steer it and change directions.  I finally came to the realization that it is far too powerful and my role far too minuscule.

I immediately resigned and embarked upon the path that ultimately led me to create TruthisTreason.net.
