The South Korean government, in an effort to raise money for its military, wants to sell nearly a million antique M1 rifles that were used by U.S. soldiers in the Korean War to gun collectors in America but the White House has blocked the sale, citing the M1 Garands would be used for “illicit purposes.” *** Lengthy Hayden’s Note attached ***

World Bank Threatens “Drastic Steps Necessary” if Nations Refuse Population Reduction Implementation

Sep 2nd, 2010 | By Kevin Hayden | Category: Blog, Editorials & Conspiracies, Constitutional & Liberty Issues

It’s the armed eugenicist in the Discovery Channel building multiplied by a million. Not simply a lone eco-terrorist saying “parasitic human infants” must die, but one of the largest international financial institutions demanding it. In its 1984 World Development Report, the World Bank threatens nations who are slow in implementing the Bank’s “population policies” with “drastic steps, less compatible with individual choice and freedom.”

Orwellian DoubleThink: Rights are Privileges

Aug 31st, 2010 | By Kevin Hayden | Category: Blog, Editorials & Conspiracies, Constitutional & Liberty Issues

If the corporate-government fear campaign fails to scare the rights away from citizens, they try to convince the public that rights are now privileges and charge a fee or a tax for the “right” to engage in a certain activity. Here are a few recent examples where rights are eroding into privileges…

Department of Justice Lists Survivalists, Constitutionalists in Extremism Guide

Aug 26th, 2010 | By Kevin Hayden | Category: Constitutional & Liberty Issues, Featured Articles

A recent Department of Justice guide for investigators of criminal and extremist groups lists “constitutionalists” and “survivalists” alongside organizations like Al-Qaeda and the Aryan Brotherhood. It goes on to say that the guide consists of “terms that may be germane to members of an extremist movement” or are “singularly employed by specific extremist groups”. The obvious result of the inclusion of terms such as “Bilderberg Group” and “Trilateral Commission” in a report titled “Investigating Terrorism and Criminal Extremism” is that law enforcement officials unaware of these groups will tend to associate legitimate discussion as “extremist” speech. This diminishes the credibility of any person attempting to rationally discuss such groups and fosters a perception that any discussion of such groups could be associated with a supposedly “extremist” ideology.

Glass Houses in the Liberty Movement

Aug 11th, 2010 | By Kevin Hayden | Category: Constitutional & Liberty Issues, Featured Articles

One of the tactics used by the Elite to maintain their sinister matrix of control is division. In other words, they keep the sheep in a constant state of hate and fear in order to divide and conquer.

If a system of belief promotes division to the point where it justifies hatred, or mass murder in the minds of men, it’s a good bet that it’s been designed by the controllers. If we fall victim to such prejudice we remain their pawns. The Liberty Movement must do a better job promoting what we are for, rather than what we are against. We’ve got a long way to go.

Religion, Justice & Proposition 8 – an Editorial

Reactions to a federal judge overturning California’s gay marriage ban Wednesday have been extremely varied, from the right-wing war-mongering radio talking heads denouncing it as the fall of America to the far-left enviro-hippies crying in joy as if they just witnessed a baby whale being born.

Either way, my reaction to the situation is one based on the United States Constitution.

In the wake of an administration memo discussing “non-legislative ways to achieve amnesty,” Republican Sen. David Vitter says he and his colleagues are investigating whether the White House is trying to bypass Congress in a push for mass legalization for illegal immigrants.

White House Proposal Grants FBI Access to Internet Activity Records Without Court Order

Jul 30th, 2010 | By Kevin Hayden | Category: Constitutional & Liberty Issues, Featured Articles, Police, Military & War

The Obama administration is seeking to make it easier for the FBI to compel companies to turn over records of an individual’s Internet activity without a court order or Judge’s approval if agents deem the information relevant to a terrorism or intelligence investigation.

Secret Police:
Instead of transparently enforcing the rule of law and being subject to public scrutiny as ordinary police do, secret police organizations are specifically intended to operate beyond and above the law in order to suppress political dissent through clandestine acts of terror and intimidation targeted against political enemies of the ruling authority.

National Ocean Council

Jul 28th, 2010 | By Kevin Hayden | Category: Constitutional & Liberty Issues, Featured Articles

Because of the decades of difficulty that the collectivists have had trying to ratify the Law Of Sea Treaty (LOST), Obama is sneaking it in, by way of Executive Order establishing the Council. Because LOST is a treaty, Obama’s Executive Order is not Constitutional as treaty ratification requires 2/3 approval from the Senate. In fact, our Constitutional form of government is being completely destroyed because buried in the CLEAR Act (HR 3534) there is a provision for a new council to oversee the outer continental shelf- it appears that this Regional Outer Shelf Council will be part of the National Ocean Council. This means that if Congress makes the CLEAR Act into law, then the implementation of the UN Law Of Sea Treaty, as part of the National Ocean Council’s agenda, will be “ratified” in a convoluted and stealth manner, in full opposition to the Constitution and its intent.

When There is No Rule of Law

Jul 21st, 2010 | By Kevin Hayden | Category: Constitutional & Liberty Issues, Political Issues

Last week ended with some promising news on finally stopping the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. Unfortunately, the administration still seems to believe that shutting down working oil wells is a higher priority than effectively dealing with the broken one. They are again issuing a moratorium on off-shore drilling, while maintaining a de facto ban on new permits even for shallow water drilling, which they previously stated would be unaffected. The courts have twice declared this unconstitutional, over 70 percent of the people see this as unreasonable, yet the administration seems determined to simply end off-shore drilling, at least for those producers that cannot afford to sit idle for an unknown period of time until the ban is lifted.
