Merck Vaccine Fraud: Questionable Efficacy, Monopolization, and Greed

Merck has known for a decade that its mumps vaccine is “far less effective” than it tells the government, and it falsified test results and sold millions of doses of “questionable efficacy,” flooding and monopolizing the market, a primary caregiver claims in a federal antitrust class action.

Alabama-based Chatom Primary Care sued Merck on Monday, the week after the unsealing of a False Claims Act complaint two relators filed in 2010.

Those relators, Stephen Krahling and Joan Wlochowski, were Merck virologists who claim in their unsealed complaint that they “witnessed firsthand the improper testing and data falsification in which Merck engaged to artificially inflate the vaccine’s efficacy findings.”

… seeks to represent the class of all those who bought Merck’s mumps vaccine from Jan. 1, 1999 to today.  It seeks damages for monopolization under the Sherman Act, violation of state consumer protection laws, unjust enrichment and breach of warranty....

Military Tanks Hit the Streets in St. Louis; Acclimating Citizens to Domestic Troops?

I have to say that this event, which is being labeled a “training exercise”, makes very little sense to me.  U.S. Army troops all the way from Maryland running open exercises in armored personnel carriers on the busy streets of St. Louis?  I know Maryland is a small state, but is there really not enough room at Ft. Detrick to accommodate a tank column and some troops?  Are there not entire fake neighborhood and town complexes built with taxpayer dollars on military bases across the country meant to facilitate a realistic urban environment for troops to train in?  And why travel hundreds of miles to Missouri?  At the very least, this is a massive waste of funds.

On the other hand, such an action on the part of the Department of Defense makes perfect sense if the goal is to acclimate citizens to the idea of seeing tanks and armed military acting in a policing capacity.  Just check out the two random idiots the local news affiliate picked to interview in St....

Just in time for the potential end of the world later this year, Spike TV has greenlighted Last Family On Earth, a new competition reality series in which families vie for a spot in an underground, luxurious, fortified Vivos bunker.

Hayden’s Disclosure:

I have applied as a contestant on this show.  Keep your fingers crossed for me as I continue through the application process!

Produced by Craig Piligian’s Pilgrim Studios, the six-episode one-hour series will premiere this fall, with the finale, in which the winning family move into their bunker, airing just before December 21 — when some expect potential cataclysmic demise as allegedly predicted by the Mayan calendar.

The competition will showcase survival techniques and, in addition to endurance and physical skills, test the contestants’ leadership abilities, integrity and character. The doomsday scenarios that will be played out on the show include a pandemic, global government or economic collapse, nuclear war, reactor meltdowns, solar flares, massive asteroids, lethal climactic change, a pole shift, calamitous earthquakes, and even widespread anarchy. A panel of three survivalist-expert judges, along with viewer input via social media, will help determine which family is eliminated each week....

City of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Destroys Woman’s Edible Landscaping, Over 100 Varieties of Medicinal Plants

An Oklahoma woman is the latest victim of government terrorism after City of Tulsa code enforcement officials came to her house and illegally tore up her entire edible garden, which contained over 100 varieties of medicinal plants. Denise Morrison was in full compliance with local laws concerning her garden, and yet city officials proceeded to both violate a court order, and willfully deny Denise of her legal right to grow food on her own property by illegally destroying it.

KOTV, which was the first to break the heartbreaking story, explains a situation that is becoming disturbingly common in America today. A phantom “neighbor” allegedly complains about the victim’s yard, which prompts overzealous city officials to conduct a witch hunt that includes coercing the victim into complying with their unlawful demands. When said victim refuses and tries to fight back and reclaim her legal rights, the city proceeds to trespass on her property and destroy it, along with her livelihood.

Hayden’s Note:

Please inform the City of Tulsa’s Neighborhood Inspections division, which was responsible for the destruction of Denise’s property, what you think of their Gestapo, Police State tactics against urban gardens, natural foods, liberty, and the Rule of Law.

Some friends have been actively talking about their Exit Plans – about getting out of this country before the curtain goes down. While there is still time. They believe the situation to be hopeless. That despite the upwelling of liberty-mindedness among some, the vast majority of Americans are not liberty-minded. That Americans – tens of millions of them – are stupid, unreachable, mean, irrational, authoritarian-minded Babbits and poltroons. People who always speak in “we” – and lust to control others.

Reluctantly, I have to concede the point.

I have had exhaustive (and exhausting) conversations with countless people – some of them probably a lot smarter than I in terms of raw IQ – who just can’t connect the dots.

Or – much worse – don’t care to.

The problem is as much psychological as it is intellectual. There may just be a defective sub-species of human being, homo servilus, who – much like a bee in a hive – is programmed to crave the collective and therefore accepts its corollary – coercion – as the natural and right order of things....

Win: BioTech Terrorist Monsanto Faced with Paying Back $7.5 Billion to Farmers

Monsanto may soon be forced to pay as much as 7.5 billion dollars back to the farmers who say that the mega corporation took their rightfully earned income and taxed their small businesses to financial shambles. It all started with a monumental lawsuit launched by over 5 million farmers against Monsanto looking to recover financial losses from ridiculous seed taxes that bankrupted many families.

Back in April, a Brazilian court ruled that Monsanto absolutely was responsible for paying back the exorbitant amounts of cash to the farmers, ordering the company to issue back all of the taxes collected since 2004 — a minimum of 2 billion dollars. Afterwards, Monsanto appealed the decision and the case is now suspended until a further hearing is initiated by the Justice Tribune of the local court stationed in Rio Grande do Sul.

Recently, however, the Brazilian Supreme Court declared that any decision reached in a local court case should apply nationally. The result? Monsanto now faces even larger charges, due to the larger legal application on a national level....

In times of uncertainty, we humans like to stockpile and hoard.  We seek information that will keep us safe and provide for our well-being.  One of these topics will invariably center around medical knowledge or first-aid in case of an accident, sickness, or injury.  Many of us already have a well-rounded medical kit, or basic skills in how to treat traumatic injuries.  But one question I see and hear a lot of people talk about is medicine, and their lack of concrete, factual information when it comes to antibiotics – and specifically, whether it is safe to use animal antibiotics in humans.

Many other questions typically revolve around,

“Where can I find prescription-quality medicines?”

“My doctor won’t prescribe me common antibiotics for long-term disasters or bugging out.”

“What medicines should I stockpile?”

What this article will attempt to provide is the answer to these very questions, and more.  While I am no fan of Big Pharma, I  understand the amazing capabilities and modern need for some medicines, such as Doxycycline, Amoxicillin, and Penicillin.  There are many natural antibiotics, and antibacterials, in nature.  ...

Survival DIY: 50 Uses for Paracord

Source: Ready Nutrition by Tess Penningtonfull of info! Great resource

No fashion accessory says “prepper” more than a paracord bracelet.  With that around your wrist, you have at least 10 feet of 550 pound test rope.  The cord is made of many tiny strands and can also be unravelled if a thinner cord is necessary.  It is a must-have for your bugout bag.

Paracord, according to Wikipedia, is a “light weight nylon kernmantle rope originally used in the suspension lines of US parachute during World War II.  Once in the field, paratroopers found this cord useful for many other tasks.  It is now used as a general purpose utility cord by both military personnel and civilians.”  Sometimes referred to as “550 cord,” it is generally recognized as having a 550 lb. tensile strength rating.

The question isn’t “What can you do with paracord?”  It’s “What can’t you do with paracord?”

Here are some ideas for what paracord can be used for.  Some of these would use the cord in its entirety, while others would call for the cord to be unravelled with single strands being called into duty....

Truth is Treason Update: Moved to a Farm, Lack of Internet, Organic Farm Project Apprentices

Posted on Jun 08, 2012 in Blog, Editorials, & Thoughts, Truth is Treason News

Kevin Hayden –

I wanted to update everyone as to my current situation.  I have moved to a very remote, rural part of Oklahoma after taking on a new position with my company.  While I am really enjoying it, it comes with long hours – often times 50-60 hour weeks – along with a highly aggravating lack of internet!

I am currently exploring alternatives, such as cellular based 3G/4G internet, but article updates will be hectic, to say the least.  I have found it a bit easier to update the Facebook Fan page with new articles and shared stories moreso than the whole website, so if you’re itching for Truth news, check out

I just moved onto a large farm, surrounded by miles of wheat fields, and am still exploring the possibilities that the farm offers. It has several large barns, numerous outbuildings and storage sheds, livestock pens, chutes, a pond, and much more!  I am considering hosting a few selected people to start an organic farm project up here, and provide room and board free of charge! ...

The Realities of Choosing Your Survival Retreat Location

Kevin Hayden –

Source: Alt Market by Brandon Smith – Highly Recommended, check them out!

Unfortunately, having a ‘Plan B’ just isn’t the modern American way.  The great and diabolical misfortune of having two to three solid generations of assumed prosperity in one’s culture is the side-effect it has of lulling the populace into comfortable apathy.  “Prepping” becomes a kind of novelty; a lifestyle that people joke about while planning out their next vacation or their next suburban home purchase.  It’s something that others consider in that fleeting moment in front of the television while witnessing the news of a catastrophe on the other side of the world, only to be forgotten minutes after changing the channel.  Such things do not happen here.  Not in the United States…

I am a child of an age laden with illusory wealth, and have benefitted (for a short time at least) from the financial fakery of our economic system, as have many Americans.  Most of us have not had to suffer through the unmitigated poverty, hopelessness, and relentless fear that are pervasive in harsher days. ...

More US Soldiers Die from Suicide than Combat: Hayden’s Note Attached

Posted on Jun 08, 2012 in Blog, Editorials, & Thoughts, Police, Military, & War

Kevin Hayden –

Suicides are surging among America’s troops, averaging nearly one a day this year — the fastest pace in the nation’s decade of war.

The 154 suicides for active-duty troops in the first 155 days of the year far outdistance the U.S. forces killed in action in Afghanistan — about 50 percent more — according to Pentagon statistics obtained by The Associated Press.

Hayden’s Note:

Over the last several years, I’ve written numerous times on new records being broken in regard to soldier suicides.  It is heartbreaking to hear of the situation that many young men and women find themsevles in, unable to question their surroundings and suckered into fighting for a Banker’s War.  I hear many times, “I support the troops…but not the war.”  Well, that’s just like saying, “I’m no fan of Hitler and the 3rd Reich, but I support the troops and the SS officers.”  Give me a break.  If you are a soldier in or out of theater, start questioning your orders.  If you have loved ones deployed, start asking why they are over there.

US and Israel Created Stuxnet, Lost Control of It: Cyber Terrorism as Usual

Posted on Jun 02, 2012 in Alphabet Agencies & Operations, Political Issues, Science & Technology

Kevin Hayden –

Source: Ars Technica via Cryptogon

In 2011, the US government rolled out its “International Strategy for Cyberspace,” which reminded us that “interconnected networks link nations more closely, so an attack on one nation’s networks may have impact far beyond its borders.” An in-depth report today from the New York Times confirms the truth of that statement as it finally lays bare the history and development of the Stuxnet virus—and how it accidentally escaped from the Iranian nuclear facility that was its target.

Hayden’s Note:

If you’ll recall, I told everyone that Stuxnet was a product of American and Israeli cooperation, and not some silly, random hackers last year.  Many people can not wrap their little heads around the fact that our Govt, and many Western-friendly countries, are committing terrorism in varying degrees abroad.  Cyber attacks and espionage? Arming insurrections against sovereign nations for political reasons? Violating sovereign airspace to conduct bombings? Check, check, and check. The American government does it each and every day and is the very definition of terrorism.

The article is adapted from journalist David Sanger’s forthcoming book, Confront and Conceal: Obama’s Secret Wars and Surprising Use of American Power, and it confirms that both the US and Israeli governments developed and deployed Stuxnet....
