You Can’t Say That on Television: Judge Napolitano Asks the Real Questions, Show Canceled Thereafter

Judge Andrew Napolitano fires a volley of questions, aimed squarely at the Mainstream Media, the Establishment, and those that lack the ability or desire to question their surroundings.  Fox News unceremoniously canceled his show and he has now been endorsed by Ron Paul as his Vice President.

This is a call to wake those who still believe there is a difference between the so-called Left and Right.  Democrats and Republicans, Liberals and Conservatives: they are one in the same when it comes to Washington, with only minor, petty differences so that you feel as though you have a viable argument in supporting the platforms and actions of those who represent it. Secondly, Michael Scheuer and the Judge lay down heavy artillery on the fact that members of Congress are bought by Israel.

NYPD Must Pay $15 Million for Illegally Arresting 22,000

For almost 30 years — from 1983 to 2012 — the New York Police Department went about arresting people under laws that state and federal courts had long declared unconstitutional, cuffing and booking almost 22,000 people. In 2010, federal judge Shira A. Scheindlin finally held them in contempt of court. Yesterday, she signed an order approving what is effectively their punishment: a $15 million class-action settlement that could generate individual payments of as much as $5,000.

Those arrested were forced to defend themselves in court and even served jail time for completely lawful behavior. The class action settlement also requires the city to help the courts vacate and seal all convictions stemming from the illegal arrests.

“NYPD used these void laws over the past few decades to target people based on poverty, race and sexual orientation,” said J. McGregor Smyth, an attorney from the Bronx Defenders and a lead attorney for the class. “We are happy that the city has finally taken responsibilities for these abuses, agreeing to pay meaningful damages to its victims and to stop its unconstitutional practices once and for all.”

The three unconstitutional laws under which the NYPD made the illegal arrests prohibited people from loitering to panhandle, to search for sex partners or to wait in a bus or train station.

Do you love America?  Are you against a one world economy and a one world government?  Do you deeply love individual liberty?  Do you believe in conspiracy theories?  If you answered any of those questions affirmatively, then you are a potential terrorist according to a brand new Department of Homeland Security report that was just released in January 2012.

The report is entitled “Hot Spots of Terrorism and Other Crimes in the United States, 1970 to 2008” was produced by the “National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism” for the Department of Homeland Security.

As you will see detailed later on in this article, the most shocking part of this report is when it discusses the “ideological motivations” of potential terrorists.  The report shamelessly attempts to portray red-blooded Americans that love liberty and that love their country as the enemy.  Once upon a time, deeply patriotic Americans were considered to be the backbone of America, but today they are considered to be potential terrorists.

And this report is yet another example of how the definition of “terrorism” has changed. ...

Something big and game-changing happened in Las Vegas last Monday and Tuesday and it was far too good to just let it ‘stay in Vegas’.  A first-time ever gathering of over 115 Constitutional County Sheriffs (representing over 3% of America’s sheriffs) from 35 states came together to reaffirm their oaths of office and to learn how to better defend the Constitution of the United States from all enemies, especially domestic.  There were also several good deputy sheriffs and police chiefs in attendance.  Of note, five California sheriffs attended, all from Northern California, who have been fighting the Federal Government over land, water, and forest rights.

Myself and a couple dozen Patriots from Oath Keepers and other American patriot groups also attended to lend our support to this historic gathering and to let these brave sheriffs know that We the People stand with them in their ever-increasing battles against over-reaching federal, state, and local government politicians and agencies.  We all met and stayed at the Tuscany Hotel for 2 ½ days of strategizing, networking, and classes from top national Constitutional experts and several sheriffs who have been engaged in the struggle to protect their citizens and uphold the 10thAmendment (state’s rights) against the Federal Government....

The Senators and Representatives shall receive a Compensation for their Services, to be ascertained by Law, and paid out of the Treasury of the United States. They shall in all Cases, except Treason, Felony, and Breach of the Peace, be privileged from Arrest during their Attendance at the Session of their respective Houses, and in going to and returning from the same; and for any Speech or Debate in either House, they shall not be questioned in any other Place.

Constitution of the United States
Article 1, Section 6

Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) was refused entry into a secured area of the Nashville Airport today after he reportedly rejected a TSA pat-down. According to the Senator, he was “detained” by TSA and forced to miss his flight. Mr. Paul cited the U.S. Constitution, specifically Article 1, Section 6 that clearly protects Senators and Representatives from arrest if they are on their way to, or returning from, a session of their respective House.

US Sen. Rand Paul says he was stopped briefly by TSA agents security at the Nashville airport when a scanner found an “anomaly” on his knee.

“Citizens may resist unlawful arrest to the point of taking an arresting officer’s life if necessary.” Plummer v. State, 136 Ind. 306.

This premise was upheld by the Supreme Court of the United States in the case: John Bad Elk v. U.S., 177 U.S. 529. The Court stated: “Where the officer is killed in the course of the disorder which naturally accompanies an attempted arrest that is resisted, the law looks with very different eyes upon the transaction, when the officer had the right to make the arrest, from what it does if the officer had no right. What may be murder in the first case might be nothing more than manslaughter in the other, or the facts might show that no offense had been committed.”

“An arrest made with a defective warrant, or one issued without affidavit, or one that fails to allege a crime is within jurisdiction, and one who is being arrested, may resist arrest and break away. lf the arresting officer is killed by one who is so resisting, the killing will be no more than an involuntary manslaughter.” Housh v....

Why I Resigned from the Police Department

Posted on Jan 06, 2012 in Blog, Editorials, & Thoughts, Constitutional & Liberty Issues, Police, Military, & War

Kevin Hayden – TruthisTreason.net

I wrote this blog entry on my MySpace page in 2009 after I resigned from the police department.  I kept it mostly private or “Friends Only.”  I figure now would be a good time as any to share it again with my readers here at TruthisTreason.  I’ve received several emails recently asking about my police service, especially after being interviewed about police corruption on Adam vs The Man.  Furthermore, I was interviewed last year on a joint PBS Frontline, ProPublica, and Times Picayune documentary entitled, “Law & Disorder.”

Why I resigned from the Police Dept.
Category: Blogging

I know many of you are wondering why I resigned from the New Orleans Police Dept. so abruptly.  Some have asked me if I was under criminal investigation, or similar.  Some have asked me if I’ve lost my mind; if I was ‘okay’ or needed some help.

The answer is a resounding NO.

I resigned, in part, due to my frustrations with a system built around obvious and inherent problems.  I finally said ‘enough is enough’ when I woke up one day and could truly see this department for what it really was and how most police officers turn a blind eye to the injustices occurring at their very own hands. ...

Cognitive Dissonance – the Story of Why I Resigned from the Police Dept.

Posted on Dec 28, 2011 in Blog, Editorials, & Thoughts, Constitutional & Liberty Issues

Kevin Hayden – TruthisTreason.net

I urge you to watch this short video regarding cognitive dissonance.  I was a victim of this and overcame it by having my eyes opened to the truth.  I spent 5 years as a police officer working narcotics and street crimes.  I was the pro-Bush, pro-War, official 9/11 believing, clean cut police officer.  I led my district in felony and drug arrests.  I was a model “law enforcement officer” instead of a quality peace officer.

And after waking up and realizing the insane things I was doing, I tried to change the system from within.  I thought that by remaining a cog in the great machine, I could somehow steer it and change directions.  I finally came to the realization that it is far too powerful and my role far too minuscule.

I immediately resigned and embarked upon the path that ultimately led me to create TruthisTreason.net.

I now find myself scattered across the spectrum of beliefs, speaking out against the war on drugs, encouraging others to become active in their local politics, talking about food freedom, radical self-reliance, liberty and personal sovereignty, and far too many other topics to even mention.  ...

Hayden’s Note and Opinion at the End

For the better part of two decades FEMA detention camps were believed to be a figment of tin foil hat wearing conspiracy theorists. As more information over the years has been made available through alternative news researchers, it is becoming increasingly clear that the government has been taking steps for quite some time to ensure a rapid and effective response in the event of a national disaster or U.S. military deployment on American soil.

As many of our readers know, the U.S. Senate recently passed the National Defense Authorization Act, which, it has been argued, authorizes the establishment of domestic war zones and the subsequent detention of those who are suspected of engaging in terrorist-related activity – including U.S. citizens. What you may not know, however, is that just days after the passage of the act reports are surfacing that the Federal Emergency Management Agency, under the auspices of the Department of Homeland Security, is requisitioning private contractors to provide services for government, defense & infrastructure pertaining specifically to FEMA activities with respect to emergency services....

Hayden’s Note:

At the end of this article is a copy of the proposed state sovereignty amendment.

Just following Congress, the 2012 presidential campaign and the inability of citizens to influence government policy makes it clear to every American how broken the US political system has become. A few powerful interests run the entire show and the American people are being forced down a dark road to economic destruction. History shows us that Washington is immune to conventional national political action under the present system. What can freedom loving Americans do?

• We can’t change Washington because Congress is owned and controlled by special interests.

• Neither can we take over the establishment control of either political party as the media elites can break, sideline or ignore any candidate that threatens the elite interests.

• Third party efforts at the national level are doomed to failure and an ineffective tool for promoting freedom principles when compared to the successful Ron Paul campaign effort inside the GOP....

Op-Ed: When Governments Go Rogue

There are those today who would claim that the lifeblood of a nation is dependent upon the graces of its government.  That government is the focal point of cultural growth, and that we as citizens should respect it as such.  I would be more inclined to agree if the public did not so easily confuse the ideals of leadership with the actions of criminals.  That is to say, regardless of what we wish our government to be, bureaucracies rarely, if ever, embody the spirit of the common man (a necessity for any system that purports to defend the citizenry).  Instead, bureaucracies almost inevitably deteriorate into vehicles for the perpetuation of tyranny driven by the very worst of all stewards; elitist minorities with delusions of godhood.

Unfortunately, despite this fact, the masses often treat these industrious vermin and the plagues of society that they build with the same reverence as they would a sincere and honorable body politic.

Government is not nor has it ever been a foregone conclusion.  Government is not concrete. ...

SB 1867, Worldwide Indefinite Detention and the Senators Who Betrayed You

‎61 senators have betrayed you this week. They authorized, as an amendment to the Defense Authorization Act, the indefinite suspension of Habeus Corpus (again) and the ability to detain American citizens without charge or trial, anywhere in the world. We are now officially a police state and our country is considered a new part of the “battlefield.”

The worldwide indefinite detention without charge or trial provision is contained within S. 1867, which was passed on the Senate floor Monday. The bill was drafted in secret by Sens. Carl Levin (D-Mich.) and John McCain (R-Ariz.) and passed in a closed-door committee meeting, without even a single hearing.

This provision is almost identical to what John McCain tried last year with Senate Bill 3081, which I outlined in my article, S. 3081 Enemy Belligerent Interrogation – A Sick Merry-Go-Round

The names of your seditious Senators are as follow:

I’ll be the first to admit, people who refuse to compromise their principles under any circumstances can be utterly terrifying. Defiance, in its purest form, requires fearlessness; a brand of fearlessness we have little experience of today. For many in our society, fearlessness in the face of immeasurable opposition is unthinkable, and (unjustly) considered a sign of “madness”, or of “extremism”. To go against the tides of a culture, a collective, and point out its crimes and inconsistencies, is so counter to what they have been conditioned to expect, any sign of dissent triggers in them feelings of confusion and fury.

Hayden’s Note:

I can attest to this very topic.  During my last few years as a police officer, I began to “go against the grain” and became rather anti-authoritarian.  I started railing against the system and pointing out the inconsistencies, the flaws, and the irrational, illegal behavior.  And for all of my trouble, I was met with violent hostility from my fellow officers, cast out from the “inner circle,” and viewed as one of “them…” and no longer a part of the, “Us…”  When power-hungry cogs in a machine are shown how little they mean to the overall mecha, they begin to break down. ...

He gets my respect.  As a former NOPD officer, I have to agree with this man.  I’ve been face to face with ruthless killers. I’ve stared down the barrel of several guns and still lived. I chased armed men for a living – every single night for 5 years in one of America’s most violent, twisted cities…

And there is a big difference between protesters and violent criminals.  I may not agree with the Occupy movement as a whole, but I respect their right to protest anything they want.  I have stayed away from most protests because if some police thugs unlawfully put their hands on me for exercising my rights, it would turn into a violent encounter and I have history, law, and the Supreme Court on my side.

You’ll notice that the NYPD don’t dare put their hands on this man because they know it would turn into a riot.  They also know deep down inside that what they are doing is wrong.

United States Marine Corps. Sgt. Shamar Thomas from Roosevelt, NY went toe to toe with the New York Police Department....
