Has the world gone mad? This video is from a McDonald’s drive-thru window where a female customer turns into a crazed, window shattering McNugget zombie, hell bent on getting her plastic chicken even if it ISN’T on the breakfast menu!

** Embedded Video & Hayden’s Note ** Stocks slipped Friday after the US government report showed more jobs were lost last month than expected. *** What did you expect? The Census workers have all been laid off now and that was the ONLY sector that had shown such massive “job growth” over the last two quarters. Why people believe we are “turning the corner” or things are “looking up” is beyond me. The bottom is about to fall out and you’re going to be stuck holding worthless dollar bills. They make a lovely wallpaper, I’ve heard.

The police officer caught on video during last year’s G20 protests striking a man who later died will not face criminal charges, the Crown Prosecution Service announced today. *** Hayden’s Note: The video shows the last moments of Ian Tomlinson’s life. He was near the G20 protests when he did not move fast enough for the police officer barking at him, which earned him a baton strike to the knees and then shoved to the ground. Ian died shortly thereafter.

With the first tar balls from the Gulf oil spill now washing ashore in Galveston, Texas, Rep. Ron Paul, whose district includes the affected area, said Monday the federal government is not doing enough in the recovery effort. “If all our states had their Guard units back here maybe they would have the manpower to do more to help clean up the beaches and prevent the oil from coming in, but, no, our Guard units are all over the world fighting wars we don’t need,” said Paul, a critic of the U.S. deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan. *** Embedded Video of Interview

On his afternoon show Tuesday, MSNBC host Dylan Ratigan explained why he believes the usual explanations given in the media for why the stock market went up or down on a given day are nonsense. “Seventy percent of the volume [of trades on the stock market] is computers that are run by the banks playing ping pong with stocks for 10 seconds at at time,” Ratigan said. *** Includes a very easy to understand explanation of “High Frequency Trading” and how it games the system.

Video: Bill Clinton defends President Obama and suggests the US Navy should blow up the Deepwater Horizon oil site in order to seal it. His theory is that a ballistic explosion should cave in the “hole” and seal it under tons and tons of debris and rock. – Hayden’s Note: The United States has several different weapon systems that can almost mimic the effects of a nuclear blast but in a smaller, localized explosion without the radiation. This may or may not do anything but widen the gap and cause a near-instantaneous “sinkhole.” Then again, I’m not a government paid scientist, so who knows…?
