Taser International’s XREP – the 12 Gauge Version of the X26 Taser

Truth is Treason.net

Taser International’s XREP is simply vicious.  I’ve been hit with the original M26 Taser and the newer X26 Taser.  They both have their own unique nuances when it comes to perceived pain and mobility.  The X26 has a timer built into it.  Each “trigger pull” can unleash up to 5 seconds of pure, unadulterated pain and lightning.  The last time I “rode the lightning”, it was attached to my lower back using training clamps.  This is a nice way of saying “Radio Shack alligator clips.”  When it was activated, the jolt of 50,000 volts arched through my lower spine and across my upper hips.

The pain that I felt in that split second was unlike anything I had experienced in life up to that point.  The M26 Taser was more of a physical pain compared to the mind-numbing hammer known as the X26.  After 5 seconds (which felt closer to 5 minutes), the pain simply vanished.  I had residual effects – a tingling all over my body and a spring in my step – but other than the seared flesh smell, I was physically fine. ...

Hayden’s Thoughts on Sarah Palin, ‘The Maverick’ and the Hijacking of the Tea Party

Hayden’s Note:

I’m speechless after reading this article.

……….um…..

As I read this article, I felt like I was a little kid again.  The distinct feelings of listening to a magical fairy tale, all the while knowing it’s full of nonsense came back to haunt me.  There are no wizards in white robes; no fire breathing dragons kidnapping princesses… and there is certainly no ‘Sarah Palin’ in the Tea Party.

The very idea that she espouses herself to be some bonafide beneficiary of the Tea Party movement is sickening!  And to make matters worse, she is campaigning for Arizona voters to keep McCain in office!?  John McCain is a sorry excuse for a politician.  He is a sorry excuse for a pilot, too!  I believe he crashed…3?…planes during his “ace pilot career” and was captured by the enemy on one of his first missions!  He is a sorry excuse for a Republican.  And he is certainly not a member of the Tea Party.  He is a war-mongering old coot that is battling to save his cushy Senate job and paycheck. ...

U.S. to Give Pakistan $40 million to Fix Roads

Hayden’s Note:

….$40,000,000 for Pakistani road repairs?!   How about OUR #%$& ‘ing roads!?

_____________________________________________________________

The United States on Thursday announced tens of millions of dollars of aid to Pakistan, for roads and power plants, as the Obama Administration tries to forge a new relationship with a major ally in the fight against terrorism.

The announcements came as two days of high level talks wrapped up in Washington.

Part of the $40-million in road aid will go to the former Taliban stronghold of the Swat valley, along the country’s northwest frontier with Afghanistan. The area was hit hard by a Pakistan army offensive last year to push the Taliban out, forcing many residents from their homes.

The U.S. will also sign an agreement Thursday to provide $51-million to upgrade three thermal power plants in Pakistan.

U.S. Deputy Secretary of State Jack Lew called the road aid a tangible sign of the long-term partnership with Pakistan.

“We are pleased to work with the government of Pakistan to build roads and improve the security and livelihoods of the people of Pakistan,” Lew said....

NATO Rejects Russian Call for Afghan Poppy Eradication – Editorial Attached

Posted on Mar 25, 2010 in Police, Military, & War

Source: Reuters

NATO Wednesday rejected Russian calls for it to eradicate opium poppy fields in Afghanistan, saying the best way for Moscow to help control the drug would be to give more assistance against the insurgency.

Hayden’s Note:

I’m sorry; Russia has already lost 9,000 soldiers in the FIRST war in Afghanistan.  They were supporting the Afghan government and FIGHTING the very same fringe, fundamentalist religious fighters that we are fighting today.  What’s the difference you ask?  Back then, WE were financially supporting the religious fundamentalists and arming them to fight the Russians.  And now….NOW…. NATO tells Russia to assist MORE?  NATO refuses to eradicate the poppy fields when just a few years ago, under US pressure, NATO finally agreed to allow countries to go after suspected druglords and narcotic trade rings.

Russia is in bad shape right now with the heroin trade.  Russia is experiencing extremely high addiction rates because of the oh-so cheap Afghan heroin currently on the market and all they are asking is for NATO to fulfill it’s promise; to help rid the world of such a toxic poison and those who would push it onto children and poor people just to make a dime....

The SPLC, 3 Percenters & Broken Windows

Posted on Mar 24, 2010 in Blog, Editorials, & Thoughts, Constitutional & Liberty Issues, Featured Articles, Political Issues

Kevin Hayden

TruthisTreason.net

Recently, there have been several articles referring to House Democrats feeling endangered and scared due to receiving threats over the Healthcare Reform bill.  They have received telephone threats, been subject to vandalism and have now had a closed door session with the FBI and Capital Police in order to address their safety concerns.

I mirrored a news article earlier today regarding the Democrat’s having their office windows broken.  Some of these have undoubtedly been from “3%’ers”, state militia members or other citizens who are simply fed up with the out of control tyranny that is occurring on the Hill.

I can always count on the Southern Poverty Law Center to provide comic relief, so I headed over to their site to see what “intelligence report” had been written about the incidents.  Sure enough, at the top of the page, they had posted a story under their “HateWatch” newsletter heading, titled “Former Militiaman in Alabama Called for Breaking Dems’ Windows

The article centers around a man named Mike Vanderboegh, who the SPLC claims is an extremist and a radical militia member. ...

House Democrats Report Increased Threats Since Health Care Vote

Hayden’s Note:

I just looove how they portray “Tea Party Members” as racist, violent thugs bordering on mob-mentality in this article.  They glamorize a handful of fringe people that do not make up the whole of the “Liberty Movement.”  However, towards the end of the article – they mention a blogger who is “promoting violence” by throwing bricks or rocks through government office windows.  I don’t consider that “violent.”  I consider that extreme civil disobedience.  Take it for what it’s worth, but our forefathers supported civil disobedience in times where the government has become tyrannical or out of control.

Where do you stand?  Leave a comment and let me know what you think!  Is it foolish to break windows?  Or is it patriotic?

If politicians are receiving threats from a wide variety of the population, that should tell you something!  Obviously, their constituency is not happy!

I’m waiting for someone to place a barrel of tar and a sack of feathers outside a congressional office.  Maybe that will drive the point home…?

(Ooooh, I bet the Southern Poverty Law Center will just LOVE this editorial entry!...

U.S. Turns a Blind Eye to Opium in Afghan Town

U.S. Turns a Blind Eye to Opium in Afghan Town

The effort to win over Afghans on former Taliban turf in Marja has put American and NATO commanders in the unusual position of arguing against opium eradication, pitting them against some Afghan officials who are pushing to destroy the harvest.

Marines landed in an Afghan opium field last month on the outskirts of Marja, where opium is the main crop of the area’s farmers.

From Gen. Stanley A. McChrystal on down, the military’s position is clear: “U.S. Forces no longer eradicate,” as one NATO official put it. Opium is the main livelihood of 60 to 70 percent of the farmers in Marja, which was seized from Taliban rebels in a major offensive last month.

Pelosi on Healthcare: ‘We have to pass the bill so you can find out what is in it…’

Posted on Mar 10, 2010 in Constitutional & Liberty Issues, Political Issues

Source: Multiple Sites

This comes from Speaker Pelosi’s speech today before the Legislative Conference for National Association of Counties:

“You’ve heard about the controversies within the bill, the process about the bill, one or the other.  But I don’t know if you have heard that it is legislation for the future, not just about health care for America, but about a healthier America, where preventive care is not something that you have to pay a deductible for or out of pocket.  Prevention, prevention, prevention—it’s about diet, not diabetes. It’s going to be very, very exciting.

But we have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it, away from the fog of the controversy.”

Americans are precisely worried they will find out, the hard way, “what is in it,” after it’s been passed. Whence “the controversy.”

Hayden’s Note:

Circulating through several State Legislations right now are bills that require the Constitutional authority to be cited at the beginning of any bill introduced.  This is a very minor requirement, as anyone in the position of passing law should be able to quickly cite the Constitutional authority or context in which their proposed bill derives it’s power. ...

Southern Poverty Law Center’s Reports on “Radical Right” – Includes Editorial by Hayden

Posted on Mar 02, 2010 in Alphabet Agencies & Operations, Constitutional & Liberty Issues, Emergency Preparedness & Survival

Hayden’s Note:

I truly don’t know if I have ever read an article that actually lowered my IQ.  Until now.  After reading this ‘report’ by the Southern Poverty Law Center, I walk away with a sense of being ‘dumbed down.’  The blatant lies, exaggerations and omissions contained herein are staggering and full of hate towards Freedom-seeking, peaceful citizens.  They are branded as racists, terrorists, hate groups, vigilantes, “nativist extremists”, skinheads, etc.

In reality, the mass majority of these “horrible anti-government” people are normal, everyday citizens.  They are Tea Party attendees.  They are retired folks who are saddened by what this country has become.  They are you and me.  They simply want the Government to act within it’s guidelines set forth in the Constitution.  Nothing more, nothing less.  Most of these “radical right-wing groups” simply gather and wave signs.  They seek redress to their grievances about the way this country is being operated.  They see where their money is going and they are worried about their future; their children’s future.

There are bad apples in every bunch.  But the one or two do not speak for the masses. ...

War Mongering Neo-Cons Need Not Apply to Tea Party

Posted on Feb 18, 2010 in Blog, Editorials, & Thoughts, Constitutional & Liberty Issues

Hayden’s Note:

Dear Republicans, Conservatives and GOP Members,

Get your own party and stop trying to hijack my Tea Party!

The Tea Party Movement is made up of Libertarians, Constitutionalists and lovers of Freedom.

We don’t want you.  You are nothing but a War Mongering, Corporate Neo-Con, easily distracted by the Left / Right paradigm.

Get your own ideals. Development your OWN opinion.  Forge your own identity and stop trying to ride the wagon of our success simply because you’re scared.

Sarah Palin is not a Libertarian.  Glenn Beck is not a Patriot.  Rush Limbaugh is not a part of the Tea party.

They are riding the coat tails of our success and try and pass themselves off as patriots.  But they are simply corporate whores, nothing else.

Sincerely,

Kevin Hayden

Revelations about the connections between a Republican lobbying firm with a long history of astroturfing and one of the two main factions of “Tea Party” protesters are raising fresh concerns that the GOP has successfully hijacked the right-wing Tea Party movement.

A Libertarian political consultant interviewed by MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow agrees that in many places the tea partiers’ struggle against being coopted is already “a lost cause.”

“In some places it’s being fought out,” Stephen Gordon told Maddow on Tuesday....

Obama Won’t Rule Out Higher Taxes to Reduce Deficit (Stop Spending, then!)

Posted on Feb 18, 2010 in Economic News, Political Issues

Hayden’s Note:

Dear Mr. President,

With all of your charm and wisdom (please note the sarcasm), I have decided to help you with the tough situation you find yourself in.  To reduce the national deficit and to make good on your campaign promises of “Hope & Change” and “No new taxes!”, I offer you this advice:

Stop %&$#’ing spending.

You try so hard to shift the blame for everything that happens onto others.  You’ve created this “bipartisan debt-reduction committee” for one of two reasons;

1. You don’t know a damn thing about economics and need assistance in running the country, or

2. You want a committee in place to blame when this hair-brained scheme of yours does not work.

I’ve thought long and hard about why you are running the country into the ground with such haste and I would like to think you have honest intentions (please note sarcasm, yet again)… and so I’ve decided that in order for you to maintain any respect, you should simply admit that you do not know what you’re doing and step down from the Oval Office....
