Blackwater and Able Danger Alumni Form Corporate Intelligence Firm: Operation Jellyfish

Posted on May 16, 2011 in Alphabet Agencies & Operations – Kevin Hayden

Veterans from the most infamous private security firm on Earth and one of the military’s most controversial datamining operations are teaming up to provide the Fortune 500 with their own private spies.

Take one part Blackwater, and another part Able Danger, the military data-mining op that claimed to have identified members of al-Qaida living in the United States before 9/11. Put ‘em together, and you’ve got a new company called Jellyfish.

Jellyfish is about corporate-information dominance. It swears it’s leaving all the spy-world baggage behind. No guns, no governments digging through private records of its citizens.

“Our organization is not going to be controversial,” pledges Keith Mahoney, the Jellyfish CEO, a former Navy officer and senior executive with Blackwater’s intelligence arm, Total Intelligence Solutions. Try not to make a joke about corporate mercenaries.

Jellyfish’s chief technology officer is J.D. Smith, who was part of Able Danger until lawyers for the U.S. Special Operations Command shut the program down in 2000. Also from Able Danger is Tony Shaffer, Jellyfish’s “military operations adviser” and the ex-Defense Intelligence Agency operative who became the public face of the program in dramatic 2005 congressional testimony....

Top Govt Insider: Bin Laden Dead in 2001, 9/11 a False Flag Event

Top US government insider Dr. Steve R. Pieczenik, a man who held numerous different influential positions under three different Presidents and still works with the Defense Department, shockingly told The Alex Jones Show yesterday that Osama Bin Laden died in 2001 and that he was prepared to testify in front of a grand jury how a top general told him directly that 9/11 was a false flag inside job.

Pieczenik cannot be dismissed as a “conspiracy theorist”. He served as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of State under three different administrations, Nixon, Ford and Carter, while also working under Reagan and Bush senior, and still works as a consultant for the Department of Defense. A former US Navy Captain, Pieczenik achieved two prestigious Harry C. Solomon Awards at the Harvard Medical School as he simultaneously completed a PhD at MIT.

Recruited by Lawrence Eagleburger as Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Management, Pieczenik went on to develop, “the basic tenets for psychological warfare, counter terrorism, strategy and tactics for transcultural negotiations for the US State Department, military and intelligence communities and other agencies of the US Government,” while also developing foundational strategies for hostage rescue that were later employed around the world....

Libya: War for World Government

Posted on Mar 28, 2011 in Featured Articles, Police, Military, & War – Kevin Hayden

“It is a test that the international community has to pass. Failure would shake further the faith of the people’s region in the emerging international order and the primacy of international law.”  -Brookings Institute’s “Libya’s Test of the New International Order,” February 2011

While a parade of politicians and pundits cite the “international community,” the UN, and the “Arab street” as giving them the justification to not only wage illegal war on Libya, but to threaten illegal war against Syria as well, it should be remembered that it was neither the UN nor the “international community” that laid the ground work for this campaign.
What started out, supposedly, as spontaneous, simultaneous uprisings across the Middle East, has transformed clearly into an aggressive Western-backed blitzkrieg of destabilization and regime change. This was a plan that was years in the making, talked about in 2007 by then, presidential hopeful, CFR member, and International Crisis Group trustee Wesley Clark.

As hard as our “leadership” tries to act surprised, the current
Middle Eastern conflagration has been years in the making....

Former FBI Informant with 9/11 Ties Runs Down El Paso Cop with Car

Posted on Mar 07, 2011 in Alphabet Agencies & Operations

A former undercover FBI informant who once told ABC News he could’ve stopped the Sept. 11 attacks is in custody in El Paso, Texas, after he allegedly tried to run over a police officer.

On Thursday, El paso police attempted to pull over Elie Assaad for speeding, according to an officer’s complaint. Assaad allegedly refused to stop and instead led the police officer on a chase that ended up racing through University of Texas El Paso campus.

Eventually, Assaad did stop, but when the officer got out of his vehicle to approach Assaad’s car, Assaad rammed him before taking off again as the officer opened fire on the car, El Paso police spokesman Darrel Petry told ABC News.

The chase only ended when Assaad flipped his vehicle on a nearby street. He was apprehended shortly afterwards.

Assaad, 38, has been charged with assaulting the officer, but Petry said police do not know why Assaad fled in the first place. No illicit materials were reportedly found in the car. At some point during the chase, a woman got out of Assaad’s car and ran away on foot, Petry said....

CIA Agent in Pakistan Giving Nuclear and Biological Material to al-Qaeda for Use in USA

Posted on Feb 22, 2011 in Alphabet Agencies & Operations

Source: Yahoo News

Double murder-accused US official Raymond Davis has been found in possession of top-secret CIA documents, which point to him or the feared American Task Force 373 (TF373) operating in the region, providing Al-Qaeda terrorists with “nuclear fissile material” and “biological agents,” according to a report.

Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) is warning that the situation on the sub-continent has turned “grave” as it appears that open warfare is about to break out between Pakistan and the United States, The European Union Times reports.

The SVR warned in its report that the apprehension of 36-year-old Davis, who shot dead two Pakistani men in Lahore last month, had fuelled this crisis.

According to the report, the combat skills exhibited by Davis, along with documentation taken from him after his arrest, prove that he is a member of US’ TF373 black operations unit currently operating in the Afghan War Theatre and Pakistan’s tribal areas, the paper said.

While the US insists that Davis is one of their diplomats, and the two men he killed were robbers, Pakistan says that the duo were ISI agents sent to follow him after it was discovered that he had been making contact with al Qaeda, after his cell phone was tracked to the Waziristan tribal area bordering Afghanistan, the paper said....

US State Dept Tweets to Iran, Tries to Stir Up Protests

Posted on Feb 14, 2011 in Alphabet Agencies & Operations, Social Networking

Source: Activist Post

The US State Department has begun sending Twitter messages to Iranians, alluding to the “historic role” social media have played in mass protests against Iran’s 2009 disputed presidential polls.

The Twitter feeds began Sunday as US officials accused Iran of hypocrisy by supporting the anti-government revolt in Egypt but seeking to prevent anti-government demonstrations in Iran.

Hayden’s Note:

Gee, imagine that.  The State Department is trying to stir up problems and create drama in Iran.  Pretty bold of them to do it so openly on Twitter.  But, that’s a sign of the times we’re in.  The intelligence and defense community can openly taunt other countries, on social media and get away with it.  This is a blatant attempt to create another “color-coded revolution.”

On the Twitter account, USAdarFarsi, the State Department said it “recognizes historic role of social media among Iranians We want to join in your conversations.”

In another Tweet, the State Department said: “Iran has shown that the activities it praised Egyptians for it sees as illegal, illegitimate for its own people.”

In a third Tweet, it said “US calls on Iran to allow people to enjoy same universal rights to peacefully assemble, demonstrate as in Cairo.”

In Tehran, riot police on Monday fired tear gas and shot paintballs at protesters who turned what they said was a Tehran rally in support of Arab revolts into an anti-government demonstration, witnesses said....

The CIA on Egypt’s Economy, Financial Deregulation and Protest

The CIA on Egypt’s Economy, Financial Deregulation and Protest

The ongoing demonstrations in Egypt are as much, if not more, about the mass deterioration of economic conditions and the harsh result of years of financial deregulation, than the political ideology that some of the media seems more focused on. Plus, as Mark Engler cross-posted on Alternet and Dissent yesterday, the notion that the protests in Cairo are ‘spontaneous uprisings’ misses the mark. As he eloquently wrote, “there are extraordinary moments when public demonstrations take on a mass character and people who would otherwise not have dreamed of taking part in an uprising rush onto the streets. But these protests are typically built upon years of organizing and preparation on the part of social movements.”

Hayden’s Note:

Let’s not forget that the United States certainly wouldn’t mind if Mubarak is toppled by his own people.  Egypt, with the largest Arab population in the world, has been a bit rough around it’s edges in regards to the Israel/American plan to invade Iran.  With a new puppet installed… err, President… that is a bit more receptive to Western interests, I’m positive that the US has already played their part in this “uprising.”  Also, Egypt receives more aid from the United States than any other country in the world with the exception of Israel.

Army Major Ed Dames Predicts False Flag Terrorist Event in Okla City

Posted on Jan 27, 2011 in Alphabet Agencies & Operations

Kevin Hayden –

Major Edward A. Dames, United States Army (ret.), is a decorated military intelligence officer and an original member of the U.S. Army prototype remote viewing training program. He served as both training and operations officer for the US government’s top secret psychic espionage unit.

The recent movie, The Men Who Stare at Goats, was based in-part on this secret Army program.  After only a few short years of remote viewing, Ed Dames – a Captain at the time – received multiple citations and awards for uncovering Soviet weapon locations, plots and threats.

In a recent interview, Dames discussed the current cases his private remote viewing agency is working on, as well as provided updates on sunspot activity and military events around the world, including a possible terrorist attack on the US in which fuel-air weapons are to be employed.

“2011, for those of us who live in the U.S., is gonna be about economic survival,” he predicted. Beyond that, Dames grimly declared that from 2012 to 2013, “we’re talking physical survival.”

Regarding the potential for terrorism in the future, Dames warned that there is a group that has a sophisticated plan to use fuel-air explosives to attack the United States. ...

Tunisia Central Bank Admits it is Missing 1.5 Tons of Gold, Taken by Former Leader and Wife

Posted on Jan 20, 2011 in Global & National News

Source: ZeroHedge

When we first reported on the rumored “confiscation” of 1.5 tons (or is that tonnes?) of gold by deposed Tunisian surging food inflation-beneficiary Ben Ali, we joked that the next WGC update of Tunisian gold assets would be strangely lower by 23%. Once again, the Onion-like reality sets in as we uncover we were right. Dow Jones reports that “Tunisia’s central bank this week said it held about 5.3 tons, but dismissed reports that the family of ex-leader Zine El Abidine Ben Ali had withdrawn the gold, saying the bank vaults were “under draconian security measures.” Um, yeah, that’s just off by the amount that Ben Ali is now desperately trying to eat…

From Dow Jones:

Tunisia had 6.8 tons of gold in December, a level unchanged for at least a decade, according to a December online report issued by the World Gold Council, which is also in line with estimates issued by the International Monetary Fund in October.

The WGC regularly publishes global statistics on gold and is considered an authority on the sector.

According to French intelligence cited by French daily Le Monde, Ben Ali’s wife Leila Trabelsi had gone to the bank to withdraw the gold.

According to an announcement by Iran’s Intelligence Ministry, the Iranian security forces arrested the elements of the terror attack on Iran’s nuclear scientist, Dr. Massoud Ali-Mohammadi, and annihilated the “spying and terrorist network of the Zionist regime” of Israel linked to the assassination, Iranian state IRINN TV reported.

Update at bottom – Cause of death: Blunt Force Trauma from Attack

On December 28th, 2010, John Wheeler III boarded a train in Washington and eventually ended up in a landfill.  Newark Police are investigating the death of John Wheeler III, but because of his work at the Pentagon, there has been some communication with the FBI, according to Newark police spokesman Lt. Mark Farrall.

Wheeler was a Pentagon official in three Presidential administrations, working for Presidents Reagan, Bush I and Bush II, and was instrumental in helping build the Vietnam Veterans Memorial.  According to a USA Today article, Wheeler also worked as a lawyer on the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC), helped found the Earth Conservation Corps under President George Bush I and was later CEO of Mothers Against Drunk Drivers during Bush I′s presidency.

Hayden’s Note:

He was no mere lawyer for the SEC – He was the Assistant General Counsel, Special Counsel to Chairman, and Secretary, for the Securities and Exchange Commission from 1978-1986.  His work included major insider trading investigations.  Hmmmm.

When Wheeler was murdered, he was working as a consultant for a defense contractor named Mitre, which–according to the company website–deals in “aviation system development, defense & intelligence, federal sector modernization and homeland security.”  Mitre is now working the field of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), one of the fastest growing sectors of defense contracting, where a virtual treasure trove of taxpayer dollars are being paid to private and public corporations....

Cass Sunstein’s Cognitive Infiltration, Cyber Warfare, 9/11 and Julian Assange the Hacker

Posted on Dec 30, 2010 in Featured Articles

Kevin Hayden –

Taken in part from the great work at

Cass Sunstein, President Obama’s appointee to head the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs advocated “cognitive infiltration” of groups that advocate “conspiracy theories,” such as the ones surrounding 9/11.

A Harvard law professor at the time, Sunstein co-wrote an academic article entitled “Conspiracy Theories: Causes and Cures,” in which he argued that the government should stealthily infiltrate groups that pose alternative theories on historical events via “chat rooms, online social networks, or even real-space groups and attempt to undermine” those groups.

As head of the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs, Sunstein is in charge of “overseeing policies relating to privacy, information quality, and statistical programs,” according to the White House Web site.

Sunstein suggests that people who believe in conspiracy theories have a limited number of sources of information that they go to and trust. Therefore, Sunstein argued in the article, it would not work to simply refute the conspiracy theories in publicthe very sources that conspiracy theorists believe would have to be infiltrated.  An admired and trusted “spokesman” or leader would need to be created or compromised....

Counter-terror ‘Expert’ Tells Police Convention: Kill Militant Muslims, ‘Including Children’

Posted on Dec 28, 2010 in Police, Military, & War

Source: Raw Story

A counter-terrorism consultant told a meeting of law enforcement officials that the way to combat militant Muslims is to “kill them … including the children,” says a news report.

Walid Shoebat, a self-described “former PLO terrorist” who “now speaks out for USA and Israel,” reportedly made the comment at a speech during a conference of the International Counter-Terrorism Officers Association in Las Vegas this past October, according to the Huffington Post’s Chip Berlet.

The comment highlights growing concerns among human rights advocates that US law enforcement is turning to extremists for training in the fight against terrorism. It also highlights concerns among senior counter-terrorism officials that standards for counter-terror training are inappropriate, and possibly harming national security.

According to Berlet’s anonymous source, Shoebat’s comments got a warm reception from at least some of the people attending the conference:

Our source had turned around after Shoebat’s speech and asked the woman in the chair behind them at the conference what she thought was the solution offered by Shoebat.

“Kill them … including the children … you heard him,” was the full response....

Neocons Introduce Legislation to Criminalize WikiLeaks, Will Lead to Control of Internet – Assange is the False Flag

Posted on Dec 10, 2010 in Global & National News

Source: Infowars

New York Rep. Peter King has exploited the hysteria surrounding the Wikileaks case to introduce legislation to make it illegal to publish the names of American intelligence sources who provide information to the US military or intelligence community, according to Homeland Security Today.

King has called Assange a terrorist and demands Eric Holder and the Justice Department deal with him.

HR 6506, called the SHIELD Act (Securing Human Intelligence and Enforcing Lawful Dissemination), is a companion bill to a Senate bill introduced earlier this month by senators Joseph Lieberman (I-Conn.), John Ensign (R-Nev.), and Scott Brown (R-Mass.). Both bills would amend U.S. Code Title 18 Section 798, also called the Espionage Act, to provide legal protections that already apply to communications intelligence to human intelligence sources.

“Julian Assange and his cronies, in their effort to hinder our war efforts, are creating a hit list for our enemies by publishing the names of our human intelligence sources,” Ensign said in a statement. “Our sources are bravely risking their lives when they stand up against the tyranny of al Qaeda, the Taliban, and murderous regimes, and I simply will not stand idly by as they become death targets because of Julian Assange....

92% of Afghans Have Never Heard of 9/11 – Hayden’s Note Attached

Posted on Nov 19, 2010 in Police, Military, & War

Source: Raw Story

Fewer than one in 10 Afghans are aware of the 9/11 attacks and their precipitation of the war in Afghanistan, says a study from an international think tank.

A report (PDF) from the International Council on Security and Development (ICOS) shows that 92 percent of those surveyed had never heard of the coordinated multiple attacks on US soil on September 11, 2001. It also shows that four in 10 Afghans believe the US is on their soil in order to “destroy Islam or occupy Afghanistan.”

To be sure, the survey can’t claim to be definitive: It only canvassed men, and relied primarily on respondents from Helmand and Kandahar, the two most war-torn provinces in the country. But the results nonetheless show that Western forces fighting insurgents in Afghanistan have largely failed to connect with the local population.

“We need to explain to the Afghan people why we are here, and both show and convince them that their future is better with us than with the Taliban,” ICOS lead field researcher Norine MacDonald said in a statement.

Hayden’s Note:

Sure, with only 10% of the population even understanding the military’s supposed intention in their country, forcing the rule of law and democracy upon them will surely open their eyes to the wonders and benefits of American Capitalism, right? ...
