Former LAPD Officer Brings Unconventional Warfare to the Thin Blue Line; UPDATE

In yet another story detailing how police officers are leaning towards the trend of shooting first and asking questions later, two women were shot by LAPD officers searching for murder suspect and former police officer Christopher Dorner.  Dorner is accused of murdering the daughter and future son-in-law of former LAPD Captain Randy Quan, who defended Dorner at the disciplinary hearing in which he was expelled from the police force.

Dorner left a lengthy manifesto on his Facebook page detailing his plans to terminate those responsible for his firing. In it, he alleges that he was fired by the corrupt Los Angelos Police Department who were seeking to silence his whistleblowing attempts.

The former cop and Navy Reservist made it quite clear that he was gunning for members of the police department when he wrote, “I will bring unconventional and asymmetrical warfare to those in LAPD uniform whether on or off duty.”

Law enforcement engaged in a shootout with Dorner shortly after the killing of Captain Quan’s daughter, which ended with Dorner wounding one officer and forcing another to retreat after riddling their patrol car with bullets....

[Video] Police Shoot Man 3 Times Immediately Upon Entering House: Hayden’s Note & the Failed War on Drugs

A joint drug task force from Weber and Morgan county, Utah, executed a search warrant on Todd Blair’s house on September 16th, 2010, resulting in the shooting death of Blair only two seconds after entry was made.

The “Weber-Morgan Strike Force” initiated an investigation into Blair’s residence with a focus on his roommate, Melanie Chournos. Police stated in their application for warrant that Ms. Chournos would likely destroy evidence upon their arrival, and requested a night time, “no-knock warrant” for the squirrely female.  However, prior to the raid, law enforcement became aware of the fact Blair’s roommate had moved out of the house.  With warrant already in hand, or rather, still back at the police station, the Strike Force decided to conduct the night time raid anyway.

Friends and family of Mr. Blair plainly admit to his drug usage, but said he was a drug addict and not a drug dealer.

After the SWAT team hit the door three times in an attempt to open it, and as the video clearly shows, Mr. Blair appears in a far hallway, shirtless, and with a golf club in his hands....

Gunfighters, Gear, and Instagram: the IG Militia

Instagram is a form of social media that focuses on sharing pictures between users, allowing them to tag photos with names of other users and apply “hashtags” that function as searchable keywords or descriptions for others. It is no longer just a place to post pictures of your food!

One such hashtag that has a rather large following is “igMilitia”. It stands for the InstaGram Militia, and started as a way for various photos of guns, gear, and generally tacti-cool stuff to be lumped together and easily found.

Since I’m always looking for new gear when it comes to firearms, outdoor activities, and training, I thought I would share a list of some of the small businesses and personalities that really seem to have an impact on the shooting community and “igMilitia”, whether it be tactical, law enforcement, military, or purely civilian and self defense.

Many of these you’ve likely never heard of, but I believe in supporting original entrepreneurs and small start-ups, so if you know of any others that should be added to this list, please feel free to leave a comment!...

Sheriff Says 911 Isn’t Best Option; Safety No Longer a Spectator Sport, “I Need You in the Game”

Milwaukee area Sheriff David Clarke released a public service announcement urging citizens to seek firearm training and fight back against the criminal elements that seek to do them harm.

In the PSA, Sheriff Clarke cites recent police cutbacks and layoffs, along with mentioning prolonged police arrival times and that calling 911 might not be in your best interest initially.  Sheriff Clarke encourages his constituents to “be prepared”, and candidly states that their safety is no longer a spectator sport; he needs them in the game alongside his deputies.

“…your safety — it’s no longer a spectator sport; I need you in the game.”

He goes on to offer three choices for would-be victims: beg for mercy from violent criminals, hide under the bed, or fight back!

“It’s your duty to protect yourself and your family,” he says. “We’re partners now. Can I count on you?”

Sheriff Clarke has been receiving an onslaught of complaints and calls for his resignation from various groups, along with the President of the Deputy Sheriff’s Association, Roy Felber, suggesting the public service announcement is more closely aligned to a call for vigilantism....

Hayden’s Note: Military Helicopters Terrorize Houston, “Warzone” – The New Normal

The sight of Army helicopters and the sound of gunfire created a lot of concern Monday afternoon in one Houston neighborhood.

With military helicopters flying above her southeast Houston neighborhood, Frances Jerrals didn’t know what to think.

“…it sounds like we’re in a war zone. Guns, shooting, helicopters flying around the house,’” Isaac Robertson Jr. said.

The U.S. Army, along with other agencies, took over the old Carnegie Vanguard High School near Scott and Airport. There were armed men in fatigues, plenty of weapons and what many thought were real live rounds.

“I felt like I was in a warzone.” Jerrals said. “It was nonstop. I was terrified.”

“If it’s to protect our kids, I’m all for it,” neighbor Glenn DeWitt said.

Hayden’s Note:

THIS is the problem. Fear mongering, complacency, and a sheeple mentality: handing over all critical thinking skills and effort to the government will come with a heavy price. Mr. Glenn DeWitt believes that the US military is training to protect our school children.

Utility Workers and Police Trespass to Install Smart Meter, Arrest Home Owner [Video]

Kevin Hayden – TruthisTreason.net

Naperville, IL, resident Malia “Kim” Bendis and her neighbor were arrested on eavesdropping and resisting an officer charges after video recording two police officers and utility workers installing a “smart meter” – which have been linked to health issues – on her neighbor’s house.  The home owner, identified only as Laura, is clearly seen on video refusing consent for the utility workers and police to be on her property, along with expressing concerns for her child’s health and safety, but is threatened with arrest if she interferes.

What happened to 4th Amendment requirements? What happened to private property laws?

Why are the police masquerading as enforcing City Hall requirements when in reality, they are protecting a private company?

Illinois citizens are still being arrested for recording police officers despite a 7th Circuit Court of Appeals ruling last year that blocked the enforcement of the law on the grounds that it was unconstitutional.

The law, which made it a felony to record them, even while acting in their official role as a public servant – in public, where no expectation of privacy is considered – is highly illogical, especially in this particular case....

Former SEAL: Dear Mr. Security Agent

Posted on Jan 23, 2013 in Blog, Editorials, & Thoughts, Constitutional & Liberty Issues, Police, Military, & War

Kevin Hayden – TruthisTreason.net

Excerpt from Matt Bracken’s Open Letter to Law Enforcement with Hayden’s Note at the end;

The unintended consequences of this misguided utopian fool’s crusade to ban guns would include a second civil war as agonizingly painful as the first one, if not more so, since there would be no front lines and no safe areas for anybody, anywhere. Every sane American wants to prevent such a calamitous outcome as a “dirty civil war” on United States soil.

But know this: those tens of millions will never be quietly disarmed and then later forced at government gunpoint onto history’s next boxcars. If boxcars and detention camps are to be in America’s future, then you, Mr. Security Agent, will have to disarm them the hard way first. Not Piers Morgan, not Dianne Feinstein, not Chuck Schumer.

You.

And so, if you find yourself silently dismounting a covert SWAT vehicle at zero-dark-thirty, dressed in body armor, counting down to the explosion of battering rams and flash-bang grenades, on a raid against a sleeping household intended to result in the confiscation of firearms, ammunition, or magazines that were legal to own in 2012, millions of Americans who also swore an oath to defend the Constitution will consider you their domestic enemy, and they will resist you with force of arms....

Private, For-Profit Corrections Corporation of America Used in Drug Sweep of Public School

Posted on Nov 29, 2012 in Alphabet Agencies & Operations, Constitutional & Liberty Issues, Police, Military, & War

Kevin Hayden – TruthisTreason.net

While such “drug sweeps” have become a routine matter in many of the nation’s schools, along with the use of metal detectors and zero-tolerance policies, one feature of this raid was unusual.

According to Casa Grande Police Department (CGPD) Public Information Officer Thomas Anderson, four “law enforcement agencies” took part in the operation: CGPD (which served as the lead agency and operation coordinator), the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the Gila River Indian Community Police Department, and Corrections Corporation of America (CCA).

It is the involvement of CCA — the nation’s largest private, for-profit prison corporation — that causes this high school “drug sweep” to stand out as unusual; CCA is not, despite CGPD’s evident opinion to the contrary, a law enforcement agency.

Hayden’s Note:

Companies such as CCA are literally traded on Wall Street according to the number of prisoners they have in their “custody.” Think about that for a minute and let it really sink in.

“To invite for-profit prison guards to conduct law enforcement actions in a high school is perhaps the most direct expression of the ‘schools-to-prison pipeline’ I’ve ever seen,” said Caroline Isaacs, program director of the Tucson office of the American Friends Service Committee (AFSC), a Quaker social justice organization that advocates for criminal justice reform....

Heavily Armed Police Raid Organic Farm, Conduct Illegal Search: “He’s a Constitutionalist.”

Posted on Oct 10, 2012 in Constitutional & Liberty Issues, Police, Military, & War

Kevin Hayden – TruthisTreason.net

On August 16th, 2012, in a sleepy Idaho farm town, heavily-armed members of the Gem County Sheriff’s Office conducted an illegal search of a residence after receiving a domestic violence complaint from a neighbor.

After pulling the occupants from the house at gunpoint, displaying rude and discourteous behavior, and then illegally searching the entire house, along with personal effects, deputies discover what they believed to be a marijuana “grow room.”  One intelligent deputy suddenly has an epiphany, as heard in the video below at 05:20, “We’ll need to get a warrant for this.”

Little late for that, eh?  Funny enough, the grow room turns out to be an aquaponics system for the couple’s organic tomatoes.

But let’s back this scenario up a bit.

Police are enroute to a domestic violence complaint, and 911 transcripts indicate one deputy warning another that the subject of the complaint is a “Constitutionalist.”  Apparently, some of that Federal Fusion Center training did sink in!  It’s okay to politically profile those who follow the words on our Founding document.  Better gear up for a SWAT-entry!...

Hayden’s Note: The Educational Model, Personal Satisfaction, and Finding a Job

Posted on Sep 19, 2012 in Blog, Editorials, & Thoughts

Kevin Hayden – TruthisTreason.net

I was posting to Facebook earlier this morning and realized that I run a blog with over 200,000 readers, and yet never truly “blog.”

I’d like to get to know my readers better, and in return, I suppose I will let you get to know me better!

As many of you know, I am a former New Orleans police officer.  After five years, including experiencing the social collapse and prolonged grid-down scenario during Hurricane Katrina, I no longer wanted to be a cog in the great machine of the police state.  My political ideas had started to take hold in early 2007, and by the beginning of 2009, I realized I could not fulfill my role as a law enforcement officer and maintain a clear conscience.

I left New Orleans and moved to Oklahoma in order to pursue a dream of building an off-grid homestead using alternative architecture, such as shipping containers, and arrived here with a job in hand providing corporate and executive security within the oil and gas sector.  I then moved into a senior position as an investigator, and recently separated from the company....

Apple Moves One Step Closer Toward Location Based Camera Disabling nophoto mini

In June of last year, we reported on an unsettling patent filed by Apple that would allow certain infrared signals to remotely disable the camera on iPhones. It showed the potential downsides of bringing cameras into the world of wireless connectivity, which appears to be the next big thing in the camera industry. Now, a newly published patent is rekindling the fears of those who don’t want “Big Brother” controlling their devices.

U.S. Patent No. 8,254,902, published on Tuesday, is titled, “Apparatus and methods for enforcement of policies upon a wireless device.”

Hayden’s Note:

This will be used primarily for disabling of social networks and communication during civil unrest, protests, etc.

Texas and US Facing Growing Threat of Domestic IEDs; Congress Wants to Suspend Posse Comitatus?

Posted on Aug 04, 2012 in Constitutional & Liberty Issues, Police, Military, & War, Political Issues

Improvised explosive devices have claimed the lives and limbs of thousands of American soldiers across Iraq and Afghanistan.

And now officials say the devilish devices are posing a growing threat across Texas and the United States.

The growing concern is prompting urgent cooperation between U.S. military experts who are familiar with the devices and civilian law enforcement officers who are not.

But legal restrictions on the activities of U.S. armed forces are slowing crucial collaboration, insiders complain. Federal laws dating back to the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878 limit the use of U.S. armed forces in domestic law enforcement and training — impediments some members of Congress are pressing to change.

Hayden’s Note:

How convenient.

Louisiana is the World’s Prison Capital

Posted on May 14, 2012 in Police, Military, & War

Kevin Hayden – TruthisTreason.net

Source: Times Picayune via Cryptogon

Louisiana is the world’s prison capital. The state imprisons more of its people, per head, than any of its U.S. counterparts. First among Americans means first in the world. Louisiana’s incarceration rate is nearly triple Iran’s, seven times China’s and 10 times Germany’s.

The hidden engine behind the state’s well-oiled prison machine is cold, hard cash. A majority of Louisiana inmates are housed in for-profit facilities, which must be supplied with a constant influx of human beings or a $182 million industry will go bankrupt.

Hayden’s Note:

This is a product of the War on Drugs, poor education, and corrupt public officials who fail at managing money, all the while lining their own pockets.  Fact.

Several homegrown private prison companies command a slice of the market. But in a uniquely Louisiana twist, most prison entrepreneurs are rural sheriffs, who hold tremendous sway in remote parishes like Madison, Avoyelles, East Carroll and Concordia. A good portion of Louisiana law enforcement is financed with dollars legally skimmed off the top of prison operations.

If the inmate count dips, sheriffs bleed money....

Metro Bus Program: Undercover TSA Agents Searching Bags, Interrogating Passengers

Posted on Apr 18, 2012 in Alphabet Agencies & Operations, Constitutional & Liberty Issues, Police, Military, & War, Political Issues

A new program in Houston will place undercover TSA agents and police officers on buses to perform bag searches, watch for “suspicious activity,” and interrogate passengers in order to ‘curb crime and terrorism’.

Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee unveiled the program, labeled Bus Safe.

Hayden’s Note:

Welcome to the Police State.  Officers will now search your bags, question your motives, and invade your constitutional privacy in the name of preventing “terrorism” on buses and trains, via the criminal-laden TSA.  In reality, it is a conditioning effort.

It would not end pretty if I were riding the bus and was harassed by TSA goons, frisked without probable cause, or even reasonable suspicion, and questioned as if I were a common thug. I would likely end up in jail with severe injuries.  Let’s see… 1st, 4th, and 5th Amendment violations so far…

“While local law enforcement agencies focus on overall safety measures noted above, representatives with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) will also be on hand, lending their counter-terrorism expertise and support during the exercise,” states the press release....

DHS & Obama to Grant Illegal Aliens “Unlawful Presence Waivers” – Hayden’s Note

Posted on Apr 04, 2012 in Alphabet Agencies & Operations, Police, Military, & War, Political Issues

Kevin Hayden – TruthisTreason.net

Source: Judicial Watch

In its quest to implement stealth amnesty, the Obama Administration is working behind the scenes to halt the deportation of certain illegal immigrants by granting them “unlawful presence waivers.”

Hayden’s Note:

As a police officer, I was instructed by the New Orleans Mayor’s Office, via the Superintendent of Police, to stop arresting illegal aliens that I encountered during traffic stops. I was warned several times, with each subsequent warning more stern until a suspension was threatened and a General Order issued from Police Headquarters barring any officer from future arrests of illegal aliens.

However, in Louisiana, it is a criminal act to operate a motor vehicle without a lawful presence within the United States. New Orleans has always been the test-bed for future political experiments and Homeland Security, police-state funding.

The new measure would apply to illegal aliens who are relatives of American citizens. Here is how it would work, according to a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announcement posted in today’s Federal Register, the daily journal of the U.S. government; the agency will grant “unlawful presence waivers” to illegal aliens who can prove they have a relative that’s a U.S.
